You can cast the unique soap dish from synthetic resin or even synthetic stone (ART GRanit), synthetic ceramics (ART Clay).
Although due to its robustness and large volume, it is worth considering using hobby concrete, which you can even combine with epoxy resin and decorate.
The strength of hobby concrete can be increased with cheap reinforcing fiberglass, but an anti-cracking additive can also be useful.
Then, by covering the whole thing with a coating resin, we get a waterproof, scratch-free soap dish that will retain its original appearance even after long use.
