The F32 polyurethane resin resembles a bit of F190 resin produced by Axson.
It can be used in the same way for product and tool manufacturing.
However, F32 Polyurethane resin requires more expertise; therefore, we recommend it to modellers and prototype manufacturers with more experience.
Typical features:
- Concise 1.5 min pot time, the resin must be mixed and settled to the mould.
- Quick tool disassemble, 15-20 minutes
- The price is a little higher than F190.
- Mixing right 100:100% by weight
- Very low viscosity, almost water-like, good space filling
- Best choice for casting fragile elements
- Odorless
- It can be painted well
- Silicone moulds are very resistant to this resin.
